In October of 2003 when I bought a serious gas grill, I decided to get serious about using it too. I’d always been a Memorial Day to Labor Day casual griller. In an effort to use the grill to the fullest, I bought How to Grill by Steven Raichlen, host of BBQU on PBS. Thanks to Steven Raichlen’s books and the great folks over at the BBQ Bible discussion boards, great meals have now been coming off the grill year round. It has been fun to share this great food with friends and family. In 2005 a smoker was added to allow true low and slow BBQ cooking.

What you see here is the end results of all the help I’ve received. This website allows me to combine my interests in Grilling, Computers & Photography.
