Info
This recipe from King Arthur Flour made some excellent Baking Powder biscuits that were a cut above what you typically have. One of the things I liked about this recipe is it suggested alternate ingredients and quantities to suit the type of dish you were serving the rolls with. I used a suggested alternate which was mixture of whole wheat and all-purpose flour that gave me a much richer flavor. I also reduced the sugar to go with my Shepherd’s Pie. I will leave the rest for the pictures to describe. These were excellent biscuits with a rich but not to sweet flavor and a lightly crispy crust.
