Info
This recipe from Paul Kirk’s Championship BBQ starts off with a Coca-Cola based injector sauce and uses a 7 spice dry-rub. There is a doctored BBQ sauce made from commercial BBQ sauces that is used as part of a BBQ sauce made with salad dressing. This sauce is served with the brisket and used as a glaze during the last 45 minutes of the smoke. This may be my favorite brisket I have made to date. The glaze gave it a sweet flavor that was a nice contrast to the smoke flavor.
