This simple steak recipe from Barbecue Nation was short on prep time and long on flavor. The steaks are set out for about an hour to come to room temperature. Just before they go on the grill they are seasoned with kosher salt, lemon pepper & fresh lemon. The steaks are grilled to medium-rare using high heat. The steaks were excellent, they had great flavor and were very moist. This is a great recipe to do on short notice, just remember to pull the steaks out of the fridge an hour before grilling.
