To begin at the end, this recipe from SERIOUS BARBECUE turned out the best prime rib I me today. Technically, where this was the boneless is concert of ribeye roast. But whatever you call it it was excellent. Adam Perry Lang is known for somewhat complex recipes with many layers of flavor. This recipe was fairly simple choosing to let the flavor of beef come to the front. This recipe also marked the inaugural run of my new Cyber Q pit controller which made as a rocking chair cook. A great piece of meat prepared using a great recipe make for a wonderful Christmas dinner.
