Also known as a N.Y Sirloin roast, this 3 lb. beef loin roast was prepared using the same garlic and herb paste used for the Smoked Prime Rib. This roast was grilled on the rotisserie for 1-1/2 hours. It made a very tasty and tender roast. Sliced tin, the leftovers made great sandwiches.
