These ribs were prepared using a recipe taken from HOW TO GRILL. They were prepared using a spicy dry rub. The beef ribs were much larger than pork ribs, but were quite a bit leaner with less meat on the bone. The spicy dry rub really complimented these ribs and the recipe would be worth doing again if I can find ribs with more meat on the bone
