this is a favorite in many Spanish speaking countries. One translation is “Hunger Killer”. Various meats, cheeses, and vegetables are cut into 1/4” x 1/4” strips and are laid in alternating rows along the length of a butterflied skirt steak. The steak is seasoned, rolled up, lined with bacon on the outside, then wrapped in aluminum foil and grilled for 2 hours. Each bite gives a different type of flavor!
