Info
Now that I am lucky enough to have a source for prime grade meat, I am trying out the various cuts available to learn how to cook them. This steak used an Asian influenced marinade and was grilled with some scallions. I picked POTATO PLANKS and grilled Texas toast as my sides. Everything was grilled using medium high heat and the steaks took about 10 minutes. These steaks were every bit as tender as the COWBOY STEAKS I’d tried earlier in the week. The steaks were at least very tender and the center portion of the steak was like butter. Now I can’t afford prime grade steaks as a regular diet, but when I want to mark a special occasion these steaks are amazing.
