This is something I came up with over the years through trial & error. It came close to a recipe I learned years later in a class on cooking steaks. The ingredients are simple: coarse salt, fresh ground black pepper, oregano, parsley, thyme & Worcestershire sauce. Simple ingredients, but a tasty burger with a tasty crust.
