This was the first recipe I tried from a new cookbook I bought last night called WEBER'S WAY TO GRILL This book had over a 1,000 step by step pictures illustrating grilling techniques. The first recipe I found when I opened the book was one of my favorite burgers: The Patty Melt. It was a given this book would come home with me. The patty melts turned out great and I am eagerly looking forward to making more from this book
