This is the first fruits from a new cookbook given to me by my boss. The book is called Build a Better Burger and my first attempt was Cuban-Styled Burger with Grilled Ham & Cheese. The spicy burger was seasoned with chili powder, cilantro,, cumin, garlic, tabasco sauce, salt & pepper. It is topped with ham and cheese and served with a doctored mustard.
