Yes this is a pork burger not a beef burger. But it is as good or better than many beef burgers. This is my second burger from my new Build a Better Burger cookbook. It features patties made from ground pork & smoked ham with a spicy salsa on both buns. Toasted crusty rolls, lettuce and a doctored mustard make for a very very tasty burger.
