This is the fifth burger I’ve made from my new Build a Better Burger cookbook. It is Asian influenced and features many subtle flavors similar to Thai food. The beef burgers use sake, soy sauce, ginger and several dry spices for extra flavor. The toppings consist of grilled marinated jicama & onion. This burger is tender moist and subtly flavorful.
