This recipe from The Tex-Mex Grill
recreates burgers from Northern Mexico. The burger patties were highly spiced as were the toppings. The burgers used 70/30 ground beef which is something I haven’t used in 20 years. While cooking there were a series of mini flare up which served to give the burgers a nice charred crust. I’ll let the pictures describe the finishing touches and simply say that the end product was a spicy tasty burger. The GRILLED CHILI
