was the source for this recipe. It used a 3 meat blend just like a full meatloaf. Ketchup, onions, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt & pepper completed the mix. These burgers tasted very much like meatloaf. Many of the burgers from this book don’t require any condiments, but this one needed a little something. The next time I will actually make some of the spicy tomato based sauce from the smoked meatloaf recipe and apply it to the top of the patties after they are flipped over. I can’t wait to try this enhancement.
