This is another one of the burgers from MASTERING THE GRILL
which take items that would normally be the toppings and mix them in with the meat. This burger gives you mustard in 3 different ways. The first is via mustard seeds which get soaked in balsamic vinegar. The second is horseradish and the third is via some brown deli mustard. This burger was tangy and moist on the inside and just what the doctor ordered for a mustard lover like me. I didn’t even need to top it with mustard, just some Swiss cheese.
