Info
My mother loves hamburgers and ask me to make hamburgers for her birthday. I decided to have some fun and make 2 different burgers, plus make the whole meal from scratch. This included the HAMBURGER ROLLS, plus ITALIAN MEATBALL BURGERS, THREE CHEESE POTATOES and ending with the APRICOT PIE A LA MODE SUNDAE dessert. This burger used a beef patty with no other additions. The flavor came from the toppings and a mustard/mayo sauce. You can check out the pictures for the assembly process. These burgers were very tasty once you were able to get it in your mouth. I actually cut the two different burgers in half so if folks only wanted one burger total, they could sample 1/2 a burgers worth of both types. It was a toss up as to whether the ITALIAN MEATBALL BURGERS or this one were best. They were both very good.
