Many of the burgers from MASTERING THE GRILL
take items that would normally be the toppings and mix them in with the meat. The Steakhouse Burger blended A-1 Sauce, horse radish & scallions in with the meat. These burgers were very moist and so tasty they really didn’t need any condiments. The flavor reminded me of a good steak and the best part is they are really easy to make.
