The pickled mustard seed are cooling
The pickled mustard seeds were cooled, drained & then combined with Dijon & whole grain mustard & ketchup & get mixed thouroughly
The mustard was used on a Pastrami, Kraut & Gruyere panini

This condiment recipe came from 'witchcraft.. It was a nested recipe in that one of the ingredients: Pickled Mustard Seeds was a separate recipe in and of itself. The pickled mustard seed were made by boiling mustard seeds, vinegar & sugar in a cup of water until the mustard seeds has swelled to double their original size. After the mixture had cooled, they were drained and combined with Dijon and whole grain mustards & ketchup.
