  Info
This recipe came from WEBER'S TIME TO GRILL. Apricots were sliced in half and the pit was removed. The apricots were brushed with melted butter just before going out to the grill. The apricots were grilled for 8 minutes using medium-high heat. Once off the grill the apricots were placed in bowls together with some vanilla ice-cream. This was topped with some caramel sauce and crushed sugar cookies. It was an easy to make and extremely tasty dessert.
