The ingredients are gathered: all-purpose flour, veggie oil, salt, Pumpkin purée, dark brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, walnuts, and golden raisins

The batter was poured into a 9" x 13" rectangular cake pan.
The batter and cake pan are on the Egg, which is been preheated two 350 degrees, which is being controlled by a pit controller both for warm up in the baking.
Here is the finished product after 20 minutes of baking in 350 degrees.
The ingredients for the cream cheese frosting are gathered: Maple syrup, table salt, softened butter, confectioners' sugar, toasted walnuts and of course, softened cream cheese.
The finish frosting after all the ingredients have been mixed together.
The Pumpkin cake has cooled and is starting to be frosted.
This was the first frosting I had made from scratch and I was quite pleased with the results.
The frosting was topped with toasted walnuts and the cake is out of the table ready to be served.
I am a huge fan of carrot cake and to my surprise myself and everyone else liked the pumpkin cake better than carrot cake.
