WEBER'S TIME TO GRILL
was the source for this quick to make fish recipe. A lemon vinaigrette dressing was brushed on the tuna prior to grilling and the tuna was grilled for about 10 minutes using direct high heat. It was that simple, but less is often more. The tuna steaks were grilled to rare and were moist and tasty. The lemon vinaigrette added a nice flavor to the tuna. So here os a recipe if I am short on time, that will be long on great taste. The side with the meal was GRILLED POTATO HASH
and was a good match for the flavors of the tuna.
