I couldn’t wait for the weekend to do another recipe from my new WEBER'S WAY TO GRILL
cookbook. I was looking up recipe’s for lamb for Easter and this recipe caught my eye. You cube a thick sirloin steak and apply a dry rub to it and let it set for 30 minutes. The steak is put on bamboo skewers along with some plum tomatoes and direct grilled on high heat to medium rare. This recipe entry included a recipe for fresh made chimichurri that was a great companion for the spicy beef.
