I used some great tips on getting around some of the problems with making kabobs found in MASTERING THE GRILL
. I cubed beef and lamb steak and then marinated them with the potatoes. The other ingredients were red, green & yellow peppers, onions 7 the before-mentioned gold potatoes. The potatoes were microwaved to precook them a bit prior to putting them on the spit. Kabobs are a long prep and a quick cook. These were tasty and the various tips to improve kebabs worked well.
