Info
This cook was based on a recipe from WEBER'S TIME TO GRILL Though I normally make recipes as written the first time out, I made an exception here and added pineapple chunks to the ham and chicken. the boneless chicken thighs proved to be problematic to skewer. The boneless thighs had essentially been butterflied to remove the bone and as a result they weren’t chunks but more like strips of chicken. I had to thread them on the skewers like satays. Next time I may see if I do better using bone in thighs, or perhaps boneless chicken breasts. The add of the pineapple chunks was a positive improvement and this flavor went well with the sweet flavor of the BOSS HAWG'S BBQ BEANS I served with these.
