This was adapted from the Grace’s Ginger Leg of Lamb Recipe from BBQ USA. The lamb is seasoned with fresh garlic and ginger slivers.   It then spends four plus hours in a sweet and hot marinade. The change I made was to go from Direct Grilling to the Rotisserie which is well suited to this cut of meat. You generally can’t go wrong with rotisserie grilling.
