This recipe comes from HOW TO GRILL.  It is very simple and can be prepared quickly. What I like about it, is the fact it looks and tastes like a million bucks. The Rack of lamb is slathered with Dijon mustard, coated with bread crumbs and indirect grilled. Simple but elegant.
