This recipe is from HOW TO GRILL but was prepared on the smoker.  It is very simple and can be prepared quickly although it takes about twice as long to cook on the smoker. The Rack of lamb is slathered with Dijon mustard, coated with bread crumbs and indirect grilled. Simple but elegant.
