I was looking for a pico de gallo recipe to go along with the GRILLED NACHOS I was making. The first Google search link was for Food.com. They had many pico recipes but what jumped out at me was Charred Pico de Gallo, an Emeril LeGasse recipe from 2004. I was just looking to make a standard pico, the idea of grilling it was so much better. The pico was so much better too, you could definitely tell some of the veggies were grilled. It went great with the GRILLED NACHOS.
