I have been making lots of quesadillas lately & fresh home made SALSA & Guacamole are the typical side dish for these recipes. This guacamole recipe came from Weber’s Way to Grill. To the four ingredients they listed I added a cup of fresh salsa. It doesn’t get much faster than the less than 15 minutes time to whip up this dish and the taste is so much better than the store bought version making it from scratch is a no-brainer
