This was side dish was part of the recipe for NAAN WITH CUMIN
. All of the veggies were grilled and charred before cutting up, which is always a bonus with me. Once grilled the veggies were diced and seasoned with some canola oil, sea salt, black pepper and toasted cumin. The chutney was certainly not shy, with the two diced jalapenos it used. It tasted great either alone or on a piece of the naan.
