London Broil Panini
Simple sandwich: London Broil, sourdough, EVOO, mustard and pepper
Mustard on the inside of the bread EVOO on the outside.
Medium hot temperature is perfect heat the meat & to toast the outside
The EVO helps the bread toast but not burn
London Broil makes a wonderful sandwich meat

This turned out to be a great use for some London Broil leftovers. The London Broil and some sourdough bread topped with mustard on the inside and EVOO on the outside made for a very tasty sandwich.
