TV show on PBS. It originates from Steven Raichlen's HOW TO GRILL
. Pizza Dough is cooked directly on the grill. When the first side is done, you flip it and top it off to the side under low heat. Once the toppings are on, you move the pizza back over to the high heat area to finish. I was shown how to make fresh dough another time when I did this and it is definitely the way to go if you have the time. The pictures here show a store bought crust.
