This recipe from HOW TO GRILL was the first meal I made on my new CharGriller smoker. They were St. Louis ribs cooked using the 3-2-1 method. 3 hours under indirect heat in the smoker, 2 hours wrapped in foil and finished for 1 hour out of the foil. The sauce was also from How to Grill and was well worth the effort.
