After making WICKED GOOD RIBS
this recipe from Wicked Good Barbecue
was the logical second recipe to make. First of all pulled pork is my favorite of the Holy Trinity of BBQ. Secondly the iQUE Rub, iQUE BBQ Sauce and the Savory Pork Marinade used for the ribs was used for the Pulled Pork as well and I had enough left over from the ribs to use here as well. This was a North Carolina, vinegar based recipe and I am going to tone down the vinegar flavor in the Lexington Spicy Red Slaw. My parents who love vinegar, declared this to be the best pulled pork they've ever had. I am very impressed with the two recipes I have made from Wicked Good Barbecue.
