Info
This recipe from Weber’s Big Book of Grilling is quick and easy to do and tastes great. It couldn’t be much simpler. Take a bone-in smoked ham and apply a mustard & pepper rub to it. Grill it indirectly until it hits 140 degrees. The last two minutes or so on the grill it receives a mop of mustard, corn syrup, brown sugar and Jack Daniels. This ham turned out to be moist & tasty. The rub formed a spicy bark making this a very tasty ham. All in all this recipe was simply good.
