This was a very interesting recipe for hamsteak which is my favorite food. It was served with a black eyed peas salsa and I made SMOKED SWEET POTATO
as a side dish and it was a great airing. The hamsteak was direct grilled and then brushed with the glaze and grilled for an additional 1- 2 minutes. Next time I will reduce that time to 1 minute because 2 minutes was starting to char the bottom of the steak. It wasn't too late, but a minute less would be better. Te ham steak was very flavorful: spicy, sweet, salty & savory all in the same bite. Definitely worth making again!
