Info
Ham Steak is probably my favorite meals. In retrospect it is strange that I have never done anything with it but grill it as is. I was looking at Weber’s Big Book of Grilling and spotted this simple but tasty recipe. The ham steaks are thick cut over an inch thick. They are brushed with butter and receive a Southwestern style spice rub. They were grilled under medium heat for 15 minutes and then they were quartered & served. I love Southwestern style steaks & these ham steaks are even better. See also GRILLED POTATO CHIPS.
