I saw this recipe on Primal Gril
l and I couldn’t wait to make it. It is a butterflied pork loin seasoned simply with salt pepper, onions & garlic. It is rotisserie roasted until it reaches 180 degrees. The roast had a cracklingly crisp outer crust and was moist & flavorful on the inside. It is quick to prepare and easy to cook and it tastes great You can’t ask for more than that. For the sides I fired up the smoker and made some SMOKED RATATOUILLE
& SMOKED SWEET POTATOES
. This was an excellent meal in which everything was grilled & smoked.
