Info
Steven Raichlen didn’t invent Beer Can Chicken, but he helped popularize it. This version is from HOW TO GRILL. The Chicken is rubbed  inside and out with a poultry rub, and placed on a half filled beer can. In my case I use a Weber Poultry Stand to accomplish the same thing. The beer helps keep the chicken moist and flavorful throughout. The other half can is the cook’s reward.
