Info
This was the second recipe I‘ve made from my newly acquired WEBER'S TIME TO GRILL. I made it for a special occasion meal. I even baked the bread to make the toasted and seasoned breadcrumbs. The dish used grilled grape tomatoes and chicken breasts. The chicken is diced and was added into the pasta along with baby spinach, the grilled tomatoes and some spreadable herb & garlic cheese. Once served in bowls, the dish was topped with the toasted & seasoned breadcrumbs, which were a big surprise. I never would have thought of this but they were a great finishing touch to a great dish.
