Spicy Dry Rub Ingredients

The marinade is VERY spicy w/ Tabasco & Grey Poupon
The spicy marinade is just about done
The dry rub has set for one hour & ready to marinade
The marinade has been applied
The wings after 3 hours in a marinade
The wings are indirect grilled with smoke
The wings are ready to be finished by direct grilling
A quick 5 minute sear over direct heat
You need to work fast to turn this many wings
5 minutes on each side and the wings are done
These wings are more work than Buffalo wings...

You know a sauce is spicy when it uses a whole bottle of Tabasco Sauce! I was glad I served the reserved dipping sauce on the side at the end. A little goes a long way.
