This was the third recipe I made from my newly purchased WEBER'S TIME TO GRILL
. One of the things I liked about the book is it had a whole section with breakfast meals. This was a fun quesadilla with steak and eggs plus diced hot peppers, chopped cilantro and a 4-cheese Mexican cheese blend. The steak gets cooked first and diced. The rest of the items get added out at the grill. You need to work fast to get the toppings on before the tortillas are too far along. This was a tasty quesadilla with little extra bursts of flavor from the cilantro and hot peppers. I’ll leave it to the pictures to describe the process.
