This recipe from WEBER'S WAY TO GRILL
made a real tasty grilled sandwich. Pork chops were pounded to 1/4” thickness and then marinaded at room temperature for 30 minutes. Meanwhile 2 red peppers are charred on the grill. Once they have cooled the skin is removed and they are cut into 1/2” wide strips. The meat is grilled for 4 minutes over high heat and then the sandwiches are assembled back in the Kitchen. Once assembled they are wrapped in parchment paper and returned to the grill which has been dialed down to medium heat.
