This recipe from WEBER'S ON THE GRILL - STEAK & SIDES was a real winner. It is simple, quick to make and tastes great. The entire prep can be done, and the grill preheated in the 30 minutes the steak sits at room temperature. The steak is direct grilled and then thin sliced and arranged on some toast. The sliced steak is topped with a fried egg, which is then topped with the gremolata. Gremolata is an Italian condiment consisting of garlic & lemon zest that has been finely grated and mixed together with some chopped Italian parsley. It is tasty indeed and can be used with a variety of foods. Thanks to the drop in griddle for my grill, I made the entire sandwich on the grill. This is a great change of pace breakfast sandwich, that actually is good enough to be served for any meal.
