Info
I found this interesting recipe in MASTERING THE GRILL. I decided to make it with a S.W. HAM STEAKS I was grilling. It was almost an afterthought. I am not a huge potato chip fan and didn’t expect to like these as much as I did. They were VERY tasty and crispy which surprised me since they were not deep fried. Russet potatoes were thin sliced and tossed with Canola oil. they were grilled on a grill sheet pan for about 4 minutes aside. After pulling them off the grill some fine sea salt and black pepper were added. I liked these well enough I will buy another sheet pan for my grill so I can do double-sized batches next time. See also S.W. HAM STEAKS.
