Info
I had been waiting for the weather to cool down a bit so I could make this wonderful looking beef stew recipe. While I've had stew made with beer before, I had not made stew with beer before. Nor had I tried beef stew with citrus fruits as ingredients. The stew took about 4 hours from start to finish and had many intermediate steps, but the finished flavor was worth the time and effort. Everyone loved the stew and everyone had seconds & several people had thirds. I didn't need to ask how folks liked it, but they told me by their actions and words.
