This recipe came from The Big Green Egg Cookbook. It made a rich, thick & spicy chili. It almost took as long to gather & prep the ingredients as it did to cook down the chili. I will let the pictures tell the story. The chili was excellent and folks couldn't stop eating it, continuing to take more long after saying they were stuffed.
