I made this side dish as part of my third stir-fry. It is the perfect side dish for wok cooking in a way because you make it three hours in advance and serve it at room temperature. So no precision timing and coordination. You can serve it when you other food is ready and it doesn't lose anything if it sits around a little more or less. I loved everything I made this day, but I've got to say this was my favorite out if the three items I made this day.
